Let Only (including first month's rent collection): £600.00

Full Management (first and subsequent years): % per month

 - New Tenancy Setup Fee: £450.00 (includes marketing, viewings, tenant referencing, tenancy agreement, written & photo inventory, annual tax statement (on request))

 - Property Inspections: Included in management fee

 - Issuing Notices (Section 21 & 8): £25.00 

 - Copy Statements: £2.00 per statement (original statement included in Management Fee).

 - Insurance Claim Handling: £75.00

 - Project Management for property renovations: Works exceeding £2,000 - Quotation on request

 - Fee Review: These charges may be reviewed by the Agent if the Property is unusually large or of an unusual nature. The Agent will inform the Owner in writing of any increased charges before a letting is completed.
